By accessing this website or engaging our mobile or in-shop hydraulic services, you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

2. Changes to Terms

Affordable Hydraulic Solutions LLC (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will appear here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept any changes.

3. Scope of Services

We provide mobile and in-shop hydraulic hose fabrication, repairs, diagnostics, cylinder reseals, and related maintenance. Service availability depends on parts, scheduling, and safe working conditions. We may decline or reschedule service at our discretion if unsafe or impractical conditions exist.

4. Estimates & Change Orders

Estimates are based on information available at the time and are not guaranteed until inspection or confirmation. If additional work or parts are required, you will be notified before work proceeds. Approved changes will be billed at current rates.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. Accepted methods: credit card, ACH, check, or cash. Invoices not paid within 15 days may incur a 10% late fee. Returned checks or chargebacks incur a $50 processing fee. We may suspend service or pursue collection or lien rights for unpaid balances.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $125 service-call fee. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather, equipment, or safety reasons.

7. Customer Responsibilities & Site Conditions

You agree to provide a safe, clean, and accessible work space; de-energize and depressurize hydraulic systems before service; and provide accurate system details, fluid types, and known issues. If unsafe conditions exist, our technicians may pause or refuse service until corrected; additional costs caused by delay are your responsibility.

8. Warranty & Guarantee

Workmanship and materials fabricated by Affordable Hydraulic Solutions LLC are warranted for 30 days from completion. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, contamination, improper installation, external failure, or modification after service. Labor, travel, and consequential damages are not covered unless agreed in writing. All warranty claims must be made in writing, and we reserve the right to inspect the component before approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, downtime, or loss of use). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the claim. This limitation applies regardless of negligence, breach, or strict-liability theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affordable Hydraulic Solutions LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse or negligent operation of equipment, violation of these Terms, or claims by third parties related to your equipment or provided parts.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services or website access for breach of these Terms. Termination does not cancel your payment obligations or affect any accrued rights.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, designs, text, and images are owned or licensed by Affordable Hydraulic Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without written permission.

13. Privacy & Data Protection
